So how does CCSI Managed Print Services work.  Simple.  We will set you up with a printer lease program that will supply you with a printer, all print supplies such as solid ink cartridges, drums, belts and on-site maintenance for a printer, copier or MFC device.  You just pay a low monthly fee for the use of the device for a 3 year period.  After that, we can trade you up to a new model, or you can extend the lease at that time. 

What is Solid Ink Technology?

If you already own a Xerox printer or MFC device, we can also add on a Managed Print Service program for you.  The pricing for Color Qube and Non-Color Cube Xerox printers are shown below.  We can also add Managed Print Services to non-Xerox printers as well.  This would keep you covered for all printer parts, maintenance and toner until you cancel the contract on that printer.

Xerox Certified service personnel are only a phone call away.  Just call Xerox Support at 800-835-6100 option 1,1 for service on your equipment.  Please have your serial number handy for support.

Who will install my printer

CCSI will install your printer in your office, and install the print driver software on up to 10 stations. 

Who will help me set up scanning to eMail and the network?

CCSI Consulting services will sit down with you and help you determine the best way to use the scanning features of your new device.  We can add in some consulting time as part of your project so that you can make the best use of this amazing technology that you now have at your fingertips.

How much will it cost to hire CCSI to help me set up the advanced features of my MFP device?

If you are on a managed service contract, you can have CCSI set up your advanced features within the terms of that agreement.  If you do not have a support agreement, a block of time may be purchased to help you with your implementation of your new copier.  We can also build some implementation and training time into your monthly lease.  Training may be done by CCSI staff, or by Xerox Corporate Training Division.
